About me and my practice
The practice of Gestalt means that there will be a focus on exploring your experience as it unfolds moment by moment in the session. This may include exploring current life situations as well as past experiences. My aim is to create a safe environment for you to speak and be heard and to help raise awareness of your thoughts, feelings and behaviours; and how they impact your relationship to yourself and others day to day. I believe that by gaining new insights into how you think and feel you will develop a stronger sense of yourself and live your life in a more fulfilling way.
I have experience of working with clients with a variety of issues, including complex family dynamics, stress, long term health issues, anxiety and depression. I have a focus on working with people who are recently bereaved or experiencing a life changing loss.

Initial Consultation
I offer a free 20 minute call to give us a chance to talk about what you are seeking from counselling and if you decide to, book an initial session, which will be an opportunity for us to plan the next steps of working together.
Fees
My fee is £50 for a 50-minute sessions using Zoom.

I work 8am to 6pm Monday to Thursday. Please enquire to check my my current available appointment times.
